• Rework policy is only applicable for service issues related to workmanship. If there is only problem with spare parts or material, same will not be covered under rework policy.

  • Any kind of functional issue reported with in warranty period post completion of work will be inspected by service provider and if workmanship issue is identified rework will be provided without any additional cost.

  • For any issue reported post the warranty period, the same needs to be booked as a fresh order and standard charges will be applicable.

  • Customers are advised to procure the spare parts themselves. However if service provider procures material or spare parts on customer’s request please insist on material bill, Service genie will not be responsible for any issues defects and quality of such material.

  • If the service provider is asked to do any job which is beyond his technical expertise or scope of work no rework will be encouraged for the same.

  • Customer is advised not to directly contact service providers regarding on order booked through service genie. All warranties offered by service genie stand null and void in such cases.

  • For any kind of major dispute or disagreement between customer and service provider, service genie’s supervisor will be inspect and his decision will be final regarding the scope of rework.
